Many people ask which system they should get and it all depends on what features you want and what price range you are wanting to stay in.All systems include the essentials needed. The first 3 are plug and play, while the ChlorMaker requires installation. All systems allow you to use mineral salts, plain salt, baking soda and vinegar to maintain your hot tub.
MiniChlor Is our economy system that allows people to realize the benefits of saltwater chlorine generators at a low cost. This system does not have auto temperature compensation, boost mode or built in lights and comparable to other systems available except that it has a built in 3hour cycle timer to ensure consistent sanitizer levels 24/7. This system requires the use of a shock product after hot tub use to ensure proper sanitation.
ColorChlorThe only spa salt water chlorinator with built in light shows.Perfect for older spas or spas with a single color light. When you use the spa simply tap the ColorChlor to deactivate chlorine production mode and activate light show mode.This system has a boost mode which will automatically start a 24 hour boost cycle after spa use by simply tapping the unit once while in the spa. This will start 30 minutes after tapping to replenish the chlorine lost to bathers.
TechniChlor Same as the ColorChlor without the light shows. Still has the lights which are used to indicate the salt level and to set the power level. When you use your spa tap the TechniChlor and it will stop making chlorine and the lights will be off. This system also has a boost mode which will automatically start a 24 hour boost cycle after spa use by simply tapping the unit once while in the spa. This will start 30 minutes after tapping to replenish the chlorine lost to bathers.
